Center for Contemporary Dance, Inc.
is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization that supports five
professional dance companies, reaching thousands of people of all
ages, races and economic backgrounds through inspiring productions,
innovative art-education programs and active community
outreach. In order to
continue expanding our artistic and educational endeavors, we need
your help. Please consider joining us in our mission by
contributing to one of the Funds outlined

Contributions to The Center for Contemporary Dance,
Inc. are tax-deductible and gifts of all amounts make
a difference. You may also make your contribution by completing this Contributor’s
Form and sending it with your donation to
the address noted on the form. For your convenience, The Center also
accepts stock donations. Your support enables
us to provide our professional and aspiring Artists with the tools
necessary to present new and exciting works that empower our
community through the arts.

to The Center
through the Network
for Good, a
trusted and secure clearing house used by many
well-known nonprofit organizations (including Oprah's Angel Network
and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts) for the purpose of
receiving online gifts from generous donors like you. You will
be provided with an automated tax receipt after
making your donation.

donations are automatically placed into The General Operating
Fund.
The General Operating
Fund: Supports
all programs, goals and activities associated with The Center and creates a
stable financial base from which The Center can thrive
economically and expand artistically. When completing the online
donation form, please designate your gift to “General Operating
Fund.”
The Pre-Professional Scholarship
Fund: Provides financial assistance to talented,
economically-disadvantaged dancers studying at The Center. The Center currently
provides assistance to more than 30 students preparing for a career
in dance. When
completing the online donation form, please designate your gift to
“The Scholarship Fund.”
The New Works Fund: Provides
support for the creation, presentation and filming of new
and significant works by The Center for Contemporary Dance,
including those by Moore
Dance Project, U-Turn Dance Company, Patelworks Dance Theater, DRIP
and Yow Dance. When completing the online donation
form, please be sure to designate your gift to “The New Works
Fund."
The Arts in Community
Fund: Supports a wide array of programs that reach
underserved populations and organizations within our community,
including women’s shelters, the disabled, minority children and many
more. When completing
the online donation form, please designate your gift to “The Arts in
Community
Fund.”
The Arts in Education
Fund: Supports dance education programs that serve public
school children and underprivileged youth. When completing the online
donation form, please designate your gift to “The Arts in Education
Fund.”
The Resident Artist
Fund: Specifically supports the artistic endeavors of The Center’s resident dance
companies, allowing them to produce and present works. When making your donation,
please designate your gift to one of these companies: Moore Dance Project, U-Turn Dance
Company, Patelworks Dance Theater, DRIP or Yow
Dance.
