The Center for Contemporary Dance has two large studio spaces available for rent. Both studios are climate-controlled and equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, sound systems and Marley flooring. Studios are generally available for rent Monday through Friday between noon and 5pm. Due to busy class and production schedules, The Center can rarely accommodate evening and weekend rentals. If you are interested in renting a studio, please complete the Rental Request Form. We do not accept requests via e-mail or phone.

**A holding studio is required for auditions with more than 30 participants. This additional studio is billed at the Studio Rehearsal rental rate.

Meeting

For Film Shoots, Photo Shoots and Party Events, please contact us. All other requests must be submitted using the Rental Request Form.

RULES

-No food, beverages (except water in a plastic bottle), glass bottles, or cans are permitted in the studios. Meetings and party events involving food will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

-Studios will not be rented for private or group classes.

-No gum chewing is permitted in the studios.

-Street shoes are not permitted in the studios during rehearsals, auditions or studio showings. Guests at approved meetings and party events may wear street shoes.

-Minor children are not permitted in the studio unless accompanied by an adult.

-Rentals are not considered final without a signed contract and full payment.
