MoveFit Total WellnessIt's no secret that America is in crisis when it comes to living healthy.  Perhaps you've seen Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, based upon the not-so-revolutionary idea that "every family deserves real, honest, wholesome food."  Or maybe you're aware of First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move initiative, designed to "help our kids be more physically active."  People like Jamie Oliver and the First Lady know the crisis we're in, and they're taking action to help America live better. 
 
The Center for Contemporary Dance is taking action, too.  The MoveFit Total Wellness Program is part of the nationwide campaign to provide families with the tools for living stronger and longer.  MoveFit is an integrative wellness program that combines dance aerobics, weight-bearing resistance training,  nutrition education and creative expression.  MoveFit is about TOTAL wellness...for the body, mind and spirit.  And the best part is, MoveFit is designed to meet the individual needs of each member of your family--from children as young as 6 to older adults, including those with ZERO dance experience!  Whether you're looking to lose 10 or 100 pounds, or if you're just looking for a new way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, MoveFit is the perfect fit.  MoveFit is fun, motivational and results-driven!  With dedicated participation in weekly MoveFit exercise and nutrition classes you will:

ACHIEVING OPTIMUM RESULTS IS AS EASY AS 1-2-3!
 
1.  MoveFit Members attend 3 or more dance fitness classes per week, selected  from the following schedules:
     MoveFit Members may attend an unlimited number of dance fitness classes per week
 
2.  MoveFit Members attend 1 nutrition education class per week, led by a certified nutrition counselor:
     >Class takes place every Thursday from 7:30-9pm and should be attended by MoveFit Members and parents of MoveFit Kids
     >Classes provide valuable information such as recipe tips, caloric guidelines, understanding nutrition labels and much more 
 
3.  MoveFit Members may add private nutrition counseling to their regimen:
     >Get individual guidance and tips for personal success from a certified nutrition counselor 
     >Receive customized menus for you and your family by a certified nutrition counselor

Tuition Policy:  Tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.  Missed days from class cannot be made-up and tuition is non-refundable. 

 

REGISTRATION

ONLINE:    Select and purchase your MoveFit  package above. Guests who register online by making a purchase above must finalize registration by downloading and mailing completed Registration Forms to the address noted on the forms.  Registration Forms may also be sent by fax to (480) 393-4134.  Upon receipt of registration materials, you will be contacted to confirm your start date. 

 

BY MAIL:  Download and mail completed Registration Forms along with payment to the address noted on the forms.
