In accordance with The National Standards for Dance Education, The Center for Contemporary Dance prepares the next generation of dance artists through one of the most creative, comprehensive and intelligent programs in dance education.  By employing additional Standards of Education, The Center for Contemporary Dance has successfully prepared students for acceptance into the most prestigious dance programs throughout the nation, including the Julliard School, Point Park University and the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

Offering classes and workshops in technique, composition, wellness, performance and artistic development for dancers of all levels, The Center equips students with a broader definition of dance that reaches into the art of dance.  Students of The Center are guided to the discovery of their own unique artistic process, allowing them to consciously use dance as a means of clearly expressing concepts, ideas, perceptions and emotions.  This is how a dancer becomes an Artist.

HOW TO ENROLL

Students may enroll for classes online.  Registration may also be completed by calling (407) 695-8366 or visiting The Center for Contemporary Dance in person, Monday through Thursday from 2pm to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.  New students are accepted on a rolling basis and may begin classes at any time.
